My Body of Work explores the Blue Mountains as both a physical environment and an ancient psychological space shaped by memory, movement and personal connection. Through landscape photography, video and field recordings collected along walking tracks and at lookout points, I document moments of stillness and the changing experience of moving through place. My work investigates the sublime, solitude and belonging, while responding to the awe and deep time embodied within the landscape. Using photogravure printmaking, the tonal depth of photogravure reflects the atmosphere, vastness and enduring presence of the mountains, while repeated imagery suggests memories accumulating over time. I consider the landscape as an archive in which time, presence and personal memory become embedded within the land itself.
